Initiation Refund Process

Local 723 Initiation refund procedure

The member requesting the refund must provide the following documents:

  1. Withdrawal card from previous Local Union (Article 17 Section 3)
  2. Copy of check stub showing $50 deduction from your current employer also showing current mailing address

In order to comply with UAW financial practices, the member must have all these items in order to receive a refund.

All copies should be mailed to:
