Local 723 Initiation refund procedure
The member requesting the refund must provide the following documents:
- Withdrawal card from previous Local Union (Article 17 Section 3)
- Copy of check stub showing $50 deduction from your current employer also showing current mailing address
In order to comply with UAW financial practices, the member must have all these items in order to receive a refund.
